Warranties

West 49 deals with the top names in the action sport industry; similarly our products are backed by some of the leading warranties in the skate and snowboard business. With the incredible selection of styles and brands offered in our shop, it’s important to note that warranty coverage may differ between some of our products – to view the warranty specific to your product, please visit the manufacturer’s website.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase – if you suspect that your product is defective, please contact us by phone at: 1-800-669-1258, or by e-mail at:help@shop.west49.com and one of our agents will be pleased to assist you by arranging an inspection of your purchase. Once you have received a Return Authorization number from our staff, you can return the item by mail or courier to:

Please ensure that your Return Authorization number is clearly marked, in large, visible numbers, on the outside of your package. Additionally, please obtain a delivery confirmation, and/or insure the package for tracking purposes.

West 49 assumes no responsibility for any damaged or defective merchandise sent to us without a Return Authorization number. West 49 cannot accept returns shipped C.O.D. Shipping fees for warranty returns are non-refundable.

Once we have received your product, we will work with our vendors to pursue a warranty.

For products that are deemed defective, West 49 will gladly exchange your purchase (shipped back to you at no extra charge), or will offer you a credit for our online store.

Products that are deemed to be non-defective, or that cannot be covered under our vendors’ warranty programs, will be returned to you in their “as is” state, at no extra charge.
