Warranty - West 49 online strives for customer satisfaction, and we work with all of our suppliers to offer competitive warranties on our products. If you suspect your purchase might be defective, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number for your return.

Price Guarantee - West 49 Online’s prices are guaranteed for 14 days; if your purchase goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, please contact us and we will gladly refund you the difference.

Taxes and Duties - Customers ordering within Canada will be charged GST tax. Customers ordering from the province of Ontario will be charged an additional PST sales tax. Maritime customers will not be charged GST, but will instead be charged HST. Customers ordering for delivery to the United States and International destinations will be charged in Canadian funds, and will be charged GST sales tax. All customers in countries other than Canada are responsible to pay the applicable taxes and duties upon delivery of their order.

Shipping - West 49 will ship to Canada and United States by ground or by air. International shipments are delivered by air only. West 49 ships using either UPS Canada or Canada Post, depending on the geographic area we are delivering to.

Return Policy - All gift cards, earrings, intimates and swimwear are final sale. All other merchandise that is in its original condition (unworn, unused and in a resalable state) may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, merchandise in its original condition may be returned for exchange or West 49 Online store credit only.
Items purchased on West 49 Online cannot be returned to West 49 locations; they must be shipped back to our online-store.
